안녕하십니까? 프로젝트 조직은 항상 불확실성에 직면해 있습니다. 어떤 것도 기대치를 항상 빗나갑니다. 프로젝트는 항상 생각했었던 예산을 초과하고, 공사기간은 거의 항상 기대했던 공사기간을 초과합니다. 사고는 빈번히 발생합니다. 민원 때문에 공사를 못하여 간접비는 한없이 늘어납니다. 회사는 불확실한 미래로 인하여 항상 재정적인 타격을 받습니다. 투자 기간시설물은 노후화되고 언제 어디서 사고가 발생할지 모릅니다. 예산은 부족하여 이러한 모든 문제를 다 고칠 수는 없습니다. 이제 리스크에 체계적으로 대처하여 피해를 최소화해야 합니다. 이것은 프로젝트 책임자의 개인적인 역량도 중요하지만 문제 해결 팀에 의한 체계적인 접근만이 올바른 해결책임을 확신하고 있습니다. 대부분 선진국에서는 리스크관리를 법제화하거나 내부 지침으로 사업관리에 필수적으로 사용하고 있습니다. ISO 31000 Risk Management는 국제표준화되어 있으나 우리나라는 아직 리스크관리가 매우 미흡합니다. 소잃고 외양간 고치지 말고, 유비무환의 정신이 필요한 때입니다. 우리 K-Risk는 이런 문제점에 대한 해법에 대해 고민하고 대한민국이 국제 그룹에 어깨를 견줄 수 있는 수준으로 이끌기 위해 조직된 비영리 단체입니다. 대한민국의 프로젝트, 조직의 리스크관리 기술 발전에 동참을 희망합니다. from 임종권 외 임원진 일동 임 종 권 K-Risk 회장

This event is open not only to organisations in need of risk analysis and management and reliability skills, but, also to the professionals in a wide range of risk-related fields, and to all individuals in general, including graduate students, researchers, civil servants, and entrepreneurs who want to learn more about how to deal with risk management/reliability/uncertainty. We hope that all those who make important decisions about uncertainties that affect your business goals will share their valuable experiences and gain valuable wisdom from others at this conference.
